Secret? I love to dance. As a child, I took african dance, tap dance, and modern dance. I’ve been trying to find new ways to incorporate cardio into my exercise regimen, and a co-worker of mine suggested Vixen Workout. Nataglia goes four days a week, looks amazing, and speaks about it enthusiastically so I went.
Since joining the #VixenArmy in October 2013, my endurance has increased ten-fold. Vixen Workout has also helped with melting away my saddlebags, which have been a target area of mine for YEARS. And I’ve gotten back that dance fever I’ve always had.
Can I add that I am now able to DANCE in sneaker wedges? 3 inch sneaker wedges to be exact. I am 220 pounds, so the idea of being able to do this is so foreign to me! haha. I’ve also added a fun exercise routine that I can do with my girlfriends (you know, instead of going out for drinks). We try to make it out to class once a week, which we’re pretty good about keeping up with.
Might I add – we burn AT LEAST 1000 calories a Vixen Workout class! Between not having the windows open and working up a sweat from dancing, this class leaves you dripping. Our instructors Josmeiry and Meliza (both trained dancers) are crazy energetic and work damn hard to make sure you’re getting your workout in!
All in all, I give Vixen Workout a million thumbs up. I’ve recommended this class to MANY people (as you can tell from pictures, my friends have grown to love it).
